King Pine Tri & Duathlon

The Hoyt Family and Tri Tek Events would like to invite you and your family to join us for the 17th Annual King Pine Tri & Duathlon held at Purity Spring Resort. Purity Spring Resort is located on Rt. 153 in Madison, NH.

Make it a fun day for the whole family!

A perfect test of your winter training program. Designed with beginners in mind, the race begins with a 1/3 mile swim in the beautiful waters of Purity Spring. This time of year water temperatures will be in the mid 60’s. A wetsuit is not mandatory, but recommended. Scenic roadways of Freedom, Tamworth, and West Ossipee make up the 12.5 mile bike course. Enjoy the beautiful rolling landscape. Complete your race with a 3.1 mile out and back run on Rt. 153. The event is open to all ability groups age 12 and up.

The Relay – A great way to have group fun. Put together a team with family, friends or co-workers. Interested in joining a team? Looking for a team mate? We can help!

Available for the land lovers. Begin with a 2 mile run before joining the other athletes for the 12.5 mile bike and 3.1 mile run.

Available for swimmers and cyclists. NO run course!! Compete with the other swimmers and cyclists, but finish your race with a short walk/jog to the finish line. This event is for everyone that doesn’t enjoy the run of a triathlon.

Test your winter’s training program. The longer distance is designed to challenge your ability. The race begins with a .9 mile swim in the crystal waters of Purity Lake. This time of the year water temperatures will be in the mid 60’s. A wet-suit is not mandatory, but may be worn. Scenic roadways of Madison, Freedom, and Tamworth combine to make the 22.6 mile bike course. This course begins with a challenging hill that flattens to a New England flat (rolling) course. Complete your race with a NH flat (rolling) 6.2 mile run along Rt. 153 into Eaton and back. The event is open to all ability groups age 14 and up.
